Shadows on the Hudson, Poughkeepsie, NY: gluten free menu. Specifically ask for gluten free salad dressing. Not all of their salad dressings are gluten free.

Mother Earth’s Storehouse, Kingston, NY: It is not usually safe for anyone with a food allergy to risk a salad bar but I’ve been frequenting the salad bar at ME’s for more than 6 months and it is fantastic. Sometimes they have GF pasta as a salad topping option. You may also find some GF desserts to tantalize your taste buds at the counter.
Terrapin, Rhinebeck, NY: Has wheat free, made wheat free, vegan and made vegan listed on their menu. High prices but fantastic food!
Savona's Italian Restaurant, Kingston, NY: I ordered their grilled eggplant with gluten free pasta and no cheese which was very good. House salad and dressing - a true green leaf delicious salad.
Luna61, Tivoli, NY: Organic vegetarian food that can be made vegan and many gluten free options. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable about gluten free food. Appetizers are large enough to be mini meal, dinner portions are great, and food is absolutely delicious.
New World Home Cooking, Saugerties, NY: excellent food served in a comfortable atmosphere. Many gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options. Chef's wife has Celiac's Disease, so the staff is well trained. For catering - MANY gf/vegan options.
